I was traveling due to a loss in the family. After leaving my home around 130 am and driving all night I was eager to find a room and check in, I arrived in Duluth around 10 am and was charged a 35 dollar early check in rate and was not at all pleased with this amount. I had no choice but to pay the early check in charge. I will definitely think twice should I rent a room again. I will be back multiple times with having to handle affairs with my mother passing and more than likely will not stay at this location again.

Everything was ok. I don't give bad ratings unless things are really bad. But had no issues with the hotel. The house keeping staff. I believe she was a supervisor will definitely make you rethink this location.

we love our room. it was very nice. the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. we will definitely stay here again. plus the location was around so many restaurants and shopping outlets.

The staff was amazing from the front desk (Janak, James & Randy) to the maintenance crew (Julio & Terry) and even my maid Selena on the 5th floor was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I even met the owner Mena and it was quite pleasant to meet her and everyone there. I will definitely recommend. After just two months there, I felt like part of a family when I left. That was much appreciated. They even already welcomed me back anytime and will definitely keep Wingate at the top of my list. -Katrina ♥️

An exceptional stay from start to finish! Randy at the front desk truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. His warm welcome and attention to detail set the tone for a fantastic stay. The hotel itself was impeccable - clean, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend this hotel enough, thanks to Randy and the team for making our stay truly special.

Breakfast was great for it to be free. I loved the coffee, nice and hot! Staff was great! friendly and helpful. Housekeeper on my floor was very kind and made sure I had everything I needed.

The room was really great - super clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and really helpful. The hotel was really close to everything - gas stations, stores, and restaurants.
